Marco Odermatt (SUI) has recorded a convincing victory in the Lauberhorn downhill. Only France’s Cyprien Sarrazin, who once again skied outstandingly well, came close to Odermatt, losing out by 59 hundredths of a second. Experienced skier Dominik Paris (ITA) took his fourth podium finish in Wengen with third place. He finished 1.29 seconds behind Marco Odermatt’s winning time.
Niels Hintermann (8th place), Stefan Rogentin (13th place), Franjo von Allmen from the Bernese Oberland (14th place), Josua Mettler (15th place), Alexis Monney (22nd place), Lars Rösti (24th place) and Gilles Roulin (27th place) ensured a very good result for the Swiss team.
