Girmschbiel, the sun terrace at the foot of the Hundschopf is one of the most popular meeting points during the legendary Lauberhorn Race. Here spectators can expect not just a wide selection of specialities but also the best views of the spectacular key points Hundschopf, Minschkante, Canadian Corner and the entry to the Alpweg. The entire race can be followed on the big screen.
Girmschbiel/Wengernalp (link to map/sketch) Hospitality Restaurant
This unique VIP platform is erected at 1800 meters above sea level right in the middle of the mountain world, surrounded by Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The VIP tent comprises 60 tables of 8-10 people and is reachable by rail to Wengernalp, on skis or along the winter walking footpath.
